What is chakra balancing? That is a question that many people ask and which I would like to answer at some length. However, before we get into it, let me tell you that when it comes to this subject, it is essential to know the basic workings of the human body.
Different types of chakras in human body
Knowing this could help you understand how to look after your health and well-being, as well as being able to balance your energies better. It could also give you clues as to how you can best deal with different circumstances, situations and people.
Now, let us begin with what it is that is so special about the human body. The human body has seven main chakras, which are at the base of the spine, and each is aligned in an opposing manner to the next.
Now, the Earth and the Middle Zone are both the same energy element. But the Earth is located beneath the head, and the Middle Zone is at the top of the body. As a result, the energy that comes from these areas is best directed towards the upper chakras or body centers.
The body also has a “magnetic” compass of sorts, which keeps it balanced and in alignment. This is similar to the way that your hands will remain parallel when you point them to one another. Your body will continue to follow your current line of force until you feel something isn’t quite right.
When this happens, your body moves back towards the center, and it eventually gets right back to normal again. This is why you often find people who are suffering from energy imbalance, and why it is so important to spend time regularly changing what is “put in” and what is “put out”. The middle and the outer two zones are the most popularly used for health and well-being, but there are other areas that you could also be working on. For example, if you find that you suffer from frequent aches and pains, you could consider working on your energy base in this area. You could make an effort to cleanse yourself of impurities which could be affecting your well-being.
Chakras and archetypes
There is a lot more to it than just having some light and fluffy feelings. Your emotional state, and the thoughts and beliefs that you live by, could have a significant impact on how you feel physically, and this is why it is so important to pay attention to what is going on around you.
How the energy in your body is put together is another critical point. For example, there are specific energies which move with the Earth. These are known as archetypes, and these are the energies that flow in direct relation to you.
If you focus on these energies and allow them to be within you, then they will flow out into the lower chakras, and there will be a flow of energy towards the Earth. If you then take steps to balance these energies, you will not only feel better physically but also have more of a relaxed feeling around you.
